By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. This site is operated by Mino, LLC on behalf of the PAFSA member health benefit program.
2. Not Medical Advice
This site describes a benefit available to PAFSA members. It is not medical advice. Enrollment requires medical screening by a licensed physician. Clinical decisions are made solely by Mino MD physicians.
3. Eligibility
Participation in the program is voluntary and subject to clinical eligibility determined by a Mino MD physician. Mino, LLC reserves the right to decline enrollment where clinical contraindications exist.
4. Regulatory Compliance
Compounded GLP-receptor therapies are produced under FDA Section 503A using FDA-approved active pharmaceutical ingredients. Mino is fully regulatory-compliant under FDA Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mino, LLC and PAFSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in the program.
